ABOUT US
About De Lounge & Study Club
De Lounge & Study Club (DLSC) is a thinking hub reimagined in 2025. We operate through membership and public activities, including workshops, sharing sessions, and forthcoming prize. DLSC serves as both a leisure and study space—a pause within the city’s pace to ask fundamental and spiritual questions together. For all thinkers, we create room to discover life’s truths through open-minded discussions, to practice thinking out loud. Our aim is to support students and the wider public in developing their capacity for critical thinking and intellectual exchange.
Originally founded in 2022 by Hong Kong artist Kaio Wu as an independent art unit, De Lounge curated exhibitions including Terminal III (2023) and I Will Sick Leave Tomorrow (2023). Since 2024, it has hosted critical-thinking workshops under the series Here Talk, Here Gone.
